Dr Tim Hawkes
BEd(Hons), GradDipEdStuds, PhD, FACE, FACEA

Dr Tim Hawkes is Headmaster of The King's School and Chairman of the Australian Boarding Schools' Association.

Prior to becoming Headmaster of The King's School in Sydney, Dr Hawkes was Principal of St Leonard's College in Melbourne. Whilst in Melbourne Dr Hawkes served on the Governing Board of the International Organisation and was the founding Chairman of The Association of Heads of Independent Co-Educational Schools of Victoria.

Dr Hawkes has written Boy oh Boy, a book on how to raise and educate boys, Duty of Care, the major training course for boarding staff in Australasia, and the four books that make up the Learning Leadership series, which are proving to be enormously popular in schools.

Dannielle Miller

Dannielle Miller is CEO of Enlighten Education, which provides girls with trainng and support to stand up to limiting media messages.

Dannielle works with thousands of girls across Australia and New Zealand annually and makes regular media appearances to advise on teen issues.

The immensely successful Lighthouse Project was Dannielle's brainchild. It pairs at-risk students with workplace mentors, helping them develop employment skills and discover the real-world relevance of what they learn at school.

Dannielle is author of the teen parenting book The Butterfly Effect and earlier this year The Australian newspaper named her as Australia's number one Emerging Leader in Learning.
