Waterford Place, St Joseph's College, Gregory Terrace hosted a hugely successful function on Friday evening 24 July. Celia Lashlie from New Zealand entertained with narrative the basis of her research on adolescent boys'.

  • 'Boys are different: socially, emotionally, physically -: be patient as we engage their depth of wisdom'.
  • 'Continue to probe: don't be disheartened by dismissive communication: just keep tapping the reservoir of their being'.
  • 'G W (Bill Bassett) Oration in Queensland: 200 learn of New Zealand research: growing gorgeous boys into good men'.

State Chair (Bill Sultmann) welcomed new Chief Executive Officer, Professor John Richards, who with State Secretary, Dr Denise Reghenzani presented the awards.
