University of Southern Queensland Graduation Awards

The Darling Downs Regional Group of the Australian College of Educators wishes to highlight and support outstanding effort on the part of teachers so as to add positively to the image of the profession. Such recognition includes acknowledging the academic effort of undergraduate and postgraduate teachers undertaking courses at the University of Southern Queensland. To this end the Regional Group offers the following prizes each academic year:

• outstanding performance in the pre-service teacher education course, and
• the outstanding postgraduate student in the Faculty of Education.

Each award consists of:

• A certificate of award from the Regional Group,
• A twelve months membership of the College
• A sample of College publications
